I contacted Acute Plumbing and they sent Allen out to fix our old tankless water heater which was leaking. He fixed the leaking immediately and then installed a new one within half a day. He was amazing and the work was like art. Our old water heater was a jumbled mess of pipes and wires. The new one I should have put in the living room as it was so well done. I highly recommend Acute Plumbing and Allen.

I usually do not go for contractors with fewer than 100 reviews, but I was grateful that Acute Plumbing was referred by Yelp. They were the first to give us a fair market quote for replacing our water heater and were able to get the job done the first thing in the next morning. This was not a small job. Plumbing recommendation! I am BEYOND grateful that I was able to find Acute Plumbing! Our water heater failed on Thanksgiving (how do appliances know when it’s a holiday FFS) so we had been without hot water for four days (indoor camping ) and our neighbor had said would help us get it installed. Shocker, that never happened . I reached out to Melissa @ Acute Plumbing 714-425-1667 because I found them on Nextdoor. She worked with us on our budget, on a Sunday and after hours! We now FINALLY have hot water! Allan is the MAN with getting it done right, cleanly and quickly. Allen did a fabulous job installing a new Rinnai tankless water heater a few weeks ago and correcting issues with our existing plumbing (for free) to make sure we achieved the best performance. My water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not rekindle. I wasn’t happy with my previous plumbing service, so I looked on yelp and found Acute Plumbing was highly rated so I gave them a try. They gave me an appointment for the same afternoon, and showed up on time and prepared with any parts that might be required to repair my water heater. Even though I was ready to get a new water heater (mine is 8years old and past its 6 year warranty) they assured me it was still in decent shape and could be repaired. I was able to save money by having the repair done and my water heater is now fine. I will utilize their services for any future plumbing needs.
Oh my goodness we’ve been having problems with our water temperature for the longest time. The shower water would always switch from hot to very hot and vice versa. I didn’t know who to call but knew I needed a plumber. I called several plumbing businesses around Santa Ana and Acute Plumbing were able to send someone that same morning. Alan showed up two hours later and was able to diagnosed the problem. The water temperature is now fixed and as a bonus he even fixed the water pressure for us. Best customer service. My hot water heater has been on the fritz for a few days now. Today I had off work so I was googling water heater repair people when I found this company near me and willing to come on a holiday with no extra holiday charge. Even in 103 degree temps, Allan tirelessly figured out what was wrong with my heater and completed the repair. My garage must have been 115 degrees but he didn’t complain.

I called Acute Plumbing early this afternoon to schedule an appointment to have my garbage disposal repaired/replaced. I chose them because they had the most reviews with the best Yelp rating.
They arrived at my house at the agreed upon time (just an hour after I called,) replacement part in hand should it be needed.
They quickly determined that the motor on my old disposal was burned out and went about installing the new one. We chatted briefly and they were kind to answer my questions.
I had a (new) working disposal within 45 minutes of their arrival, they were on their way and out the door, and I was back in business in time to host Thanksgiving.

We have a tankless water heater not heating on demand but randomly. After calling multiple plumbing companies with no return calls or with extreme travel fees or simply not wanting to work with Rinnai warranty, I was grateful that I got to speak with a plumber on first call to Acute Plumbing. He was knowledgeable and very transparent in the process and fees. He was also very thorough and systematic about diagnosing problem and worked with the manufacturer to fix our problem. Allan is certified by Rinnai to service their water heaters weather under warranty or not. Even though ours was not under warranty for our particular problem, he itemized charges and we felt total fee was fair. He scheduled us within 24 hours of my call & fixed in same appointment. I would highly recommend.

They did an amazing job for a extremely difficult job! We feared they wouldn’t be able to service us due to extremely corroded water lines and hard to reach places. They even sensed a water line under the house that was under the house was leaking. They investigated and they were right! A corroded water line was leaking water potentially costing us hundreds of dollars a year in our water bill. They even decided to crawl under our house space to replace such water line!!! Insane but they accomplished it. They delivered way above our expectations!
I asked them to call me for payment and they did a good job with the project.
Allen from Acute Plumbing is truly an artist. His work it meticulous, precise, and thorough. He not only finds the solution, but the reason why it happened. As a cardiologist is to the circulatory system, Allen is to the plumbing of the home!
5/16/22 I have the latest/greatest Rinnai tankless that was installed by a general contractor. After the install, I was getting consistent cold water sandwiches. I finally decided to call a Rinnai specialist and I found Allen’s company on the Rinnai website. I called Monday morning and Allen was able to come out the same day! I asked him various questions on the previous installation and code regulations. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He then fixed the install from the previous contractor by relocating the intake as well as adding some additional safety features. He was at our house for approximately 2 hours and charged a very fair price. If I ever have problems again, I will be calling Allen.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I cannot recommend Acute plumbing enough. We contacted Acute Plumbing to help solve an error code in my parent’s 15 year old tankless water heater. Allan was professional, detailed, and remarkably honest. He listened to my father’s concerns and immediately got to work to see what was causing the problem, instead of pushing him to buy a new heater. Allan assessed the situation, walked my father through what he found, and provided him a quote for the repair work before he began the job. In fact, my father was so impressed with Allan that he asked him to look at another small plumbing issue, which Allan was able to tackle the same day.
